Idaho Falls Soup Kitchen

I was thoroughly disappointed on Sunday afternoon while assisting the Idaho Falls Police Dept. capture a 23 year old women and her 17 yr old boyfriend (runaway) who were eating at the soup kitchen.
The workers at the soup kitchen did everything they could to derail and stall police as the two escaped. On one hand [...]
