Local Home Sales Up Are Up – Will It Last?

KIDK recently reported that local home sales are up (www.kidk.com/news/local/86077527.html)
“More and more people are taking advantage of home buyer incentives.
According to the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors, in last year’s first quarter, 393 homes were sold throughout southeastern Idaho…. this year first quarter sales are projected to hit 582 homes.”
