IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) – The Republican National Committee’s former chief lawyer has been sued for civil damages by a woman he pleaded guilty to stalking. The Idaho Statesman says 56-year-old Blake Hall was sued Monday in 7th District Court by Allison Chambers and her husband, John Chambers. Hall is also the former Idaho Republican Party chairman.

Granted…the condoms in the driveway are a bit much…but what guy hasn’t been a little nuts over a woman at some time in his life and done some strange, crazy things.

This guy’s already lost everything, his position in the GOP, his gig as an influencial attorney/prosecutor and his worthiness in the eyes of fellow church members to say nothing of what shred of dignity he may have possessed going into this predicament.

He’s dug himself a hole that he will never fully climb out of; he’s at the bottom of his game as never before in his life. Are Allison and John so financially strapped that they need to squeeze this poor bastard dry? If they’re being vindictive…why? It seems, to this observer, as a severe case of “piling on”.

Maybe it’s time for a little Christian mercy for this love-crazed idiot. I think he’s learned his lesson. Pity him, don’t destroy him.

surprise surprise

It is Allison and Dr. John Chambers who have in the past and are again pressing charges against Attorney Hall. Are they concerned about their names being out in public? No, says their attorney, Michael Gaffney, the Chamberses are fully prepared to see their names in print. :p What a relief.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
6. The amount in controversy exceeds the jurisdictional minimum of this court.

PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. Entry of judgement for the Chambers and against the defendants in an amount to be established at trial;

2. Awarding the Chambers their costs;

3. Awarding the Chambers their full Attorney’s fees;

4. Awarding the Chambers and other relief deemed just and equitable under the circumstances.

Yep, Allison goes after any and all men for their money and all the money she can get from them. She will literally suck the life out of them; being a good woman of her beliefs.

You betcha Allison is suing that bully, Hall!

By heck, a woman has to have some dignity!

She was going through a haphazard divorce from the love of her life, whom to she was sealed to in the Temple and birthed his children!

Do you moral less, unworthy, wolves have no pity for an abandoned woman in need of protection and support? How dare you!

Allison cleaned her house, cooked meals for her children and kept herself in shape for the men that wanted her. Above and beyond that, she rounded up every one of her children, by herself, every Sunday, and took them to Church! What more can you ask from a woman?

She’s a good woman. Allison is the very best of women. She needed the love between the sheets she no longer received from the man who was divorcing her and she received from legalese Hall and Doctor Chambers (some of us get none at all).

You go, girlfriend!

It’s a tiring fight, is it not Anonymous @ December 12, 2009 at 9:18 pm?

Why else would Allison and Dr. John Chambers sue Attorney Blake Hall unless they wanted what is left of his money? Obviously what’s been taught of forgiveness in their religion was lost in each of them. They want him to suffer even more than the courts have already dictated.

A heart doctor reaching out to grab and strangle the last breath of a desperate man. While supporting the left over piece he married after several men already had their way with her.

She can play the deny game over and over, but it can’t work anymore. Not when you post so much personal stuff on the net about yourself, then needlessly and viciously slam others.

You know, some of the other threads and this one remind me of how kids act. The bully treats others bad continually, and says things like “nah nah you can’t get me” – then the next child lets them have it when least expected. Kind of like life, I guess.

Plus it will improve the Chamberses public image; or so they hope. Last, and most importantly, it will set up Mrs. Chambers with her own bank account. The unbalanced fascination with WJ does not compensate for other perceived imbalances/obsessions. Rather, it just expresses another imbalance in the wrong place.

Idaho Falls…any “Unbalanced Fascination” resides with WendyJo and her constant demonizing of Allison and John Chambers and defending the nutcase that was CONVICTED of stalking and harrassing the Chambers. WendyJo is so critical of Allison Chambers when her own life has been a continuos train wreck. And WendyJo hasn’t hurt Allison Chambers by bringing her past, her religion, her bishop, into her posts?. WendyJo has been way short of truthful in all of this. If WendyJo feels she can speak publically of any precieved shortcomings she has about Allison Chambers then shouldn’t WendyJo be ready to get the same treatment for her far from perfect behavior?.

Actually, I truly believe the bottom of the issue may lie with a dissatisfaction about the way her own life has turned out. Woe to any woman who marries someone with money or status. She then becomes WJ’s enemy. Why? Does anyone really care about Blake Hall anymore? We can’t have a balanced discussion about it as long as WJ is allowed to post because she takes what happened very personally for some reason. She doesn’t know any of the parties involved. Neither do I.

WJ is capable of normal, thoughtful discussion as evidenced in a few other threads. Not this one. Good point Carmen, why is it OK for one to try and destroy a person, but when others bring up facts in return, it’s not OK?

Oh, my, Goodness, Carmen! Once again I sense a mixture of hostility and sophomoric dalliance in your words. Is that any way to behave during this most wonderful time of the year?

You are obviously… Allison: Or a friend or relative of the woman, yes? Certainly.

The woman has already harmed herself by playing the field while still married, and divorcing her husband, with several different men: and then quickly marrying one of them as soon as her divorce was complete: And nearly as quickly, then pressing charges and suing another of those men.

Yes, Allison made herself look very foul and has no one but herself to blame. Still, she attempts to blame anyone and everyone but herself. One day she’ll blame you for encouraging a flame war and cut you out of her life. One day her new husband will see the error of his way and when he does, hopefully he’ll of had the fore sight to have had a prenuptial agreement signed before saying “I do.”

Rather than allowing Wendjo to continue her rantings, I would be interested in why the Bar Association failed to discipline Blake Hall. The Bar has taken action against other attorneys for less of a crime, why are they choosing to look the other way. Is it politics or friendships. After all being convicted a crime is a clear violation of their ethical rules and I have seen attorneys suspended for a period of a year and then returned under probationary status, and some have totally lost their license in the State.

I do not know the victim or her husband in this case, however she is the victim, not the suspect. No matter how WJ decides to spin it, the victim is entitled to protection and to have someone like WJ do some of the postings here constitute a violation of State Code. Maybe it is time for someone to notify the Chambers and have them pursue their legal rights either civilly or through Dane Watkins office.

Idaho Code On Harassment, Stalking and Trespassing

18-7905. Stalking — Definitions — Penalties . (a) Any person who willfully, maliciously and repeatedly follows or harasses another person or a member of that person’s immediate family is guilty of the crime of stalking, and is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one (1) yea or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment. (b) Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (a) of this section when there is a temporary restraining order or an injunction, or both, in effect, prohibiting the behavior described in subsection (a) of this section, against the same party, is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one (1) year or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(c) A second or subsequent conviction occurring within seven (7) years of a prior conviction under the provisions of this section against the same victim is a felony.
(d) For the purposes of this section:
(1) “Harasses” means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which seriously alarms. annoys or harasses the person, and which seriously alarms, and which serves no legitimate purpose. The course of conduct must be such as would cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress. (2) “Course of Conduct” means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose, constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of this definition.

When seeking out Allison, Mr. Hall was never malicious. He did not have any prior protection orders against him prohibiting him from seeing the woman. At not time did Attorney Hall threaten the women or do more than express his concern and desire to speak with her.

The Idaho State Bar has not revoked Attorney Hall’s right to practice law because he’s not broken the law.

What planet do you live on Wendy?

malicious: full of, characterized by, or showing malice; malevolent; spiteful

malice: desire to inflict injury, harm, or suffering on another, either because of a hostile impulse or out of deep-seated meanness

Lets see. He followed her repeatedly. He basically held her hostage in her own car and house. He entered her house without permission. He left used condoms with his own DNA in them on her driveway. He accosted her in public many times because his little black heart couldn’t move on. His actions easily meet the “suffering” aspect of the definition of malice and therefore make his actions malicious.

Wendyjo don’t try law as your next career. Hall admitted to the charges against him hence he was convicted of crimes. If “Stupid in Public” was a crime he would of been found guilty of that also. Speaking of being Stupid in Public, when was the last time you had a CT Scan?. I doubt you have ever spoken to Blake Hall, Allison Chambers yet your posts make it seem like you’re in their lives 24/7.

As for Blake Hall, if he didn’t do all the things he was accused of then why did he plead guilty?. Realty is quite a concept Wendyjo you might consider joining up with it sometime. Your ramblings here seem very disturbing to me. if I was either of the Chambers I would get an restraining order on you since since a civil committment to the funny farm wouldn’t be possible

No, anon, he had no hostile or deep-seated meanness. His heart was not black, but very hurt. The man had been led on, physically, mentally and emotionally used by a careless, selfish and wanton woman. He wanted only for her to know how he felt and what he believed she’d done to him. He wanted her to hear him but her heart was cold as ice.

Hey observerant who are you kidding? Oh yes she took her children to church pretending she lived it, but does your church approve of immorality outside of marriage. Last time i checked she was married up until 8 days before her shot gun wedding to the doc, whom she hardly knew. Just curious as to what was the big hold up on getting the divorce in the first place? Did she need to make sure she could find her bigger fish before she finished it. I wonder how her bishop would feel if he saw the pictures shes text to her many many men all because she needed some male attention “between the sheets” as you put it. Does church approve of that too?

Heres a thought for you….She wants any respect, how about getting a divorce first, dating second, or should i say sleeping around second!!! And third, how about getting to know the person your marrying before jumping the gun just for the status and money. But that was all shes was after. And im sorry just as shes pulling the wool over her bishop and church friends eyes, she has you too!

I wonder how her children feel watching their mom jump from one man to the next and then watching her live her lies day by day! Lets all remember she dated blake for many months, by her own free will! And as for the man she married. As there are two sides to every story, they all are known for their reputations and doc chambers has his own amongst the hospital staff….seems he has a liking for the nurses there, married or not! I hope they realize the BIG can of worms they just opened. I wonder if he knew his wife was perpetuating blake by texts, and running behind his house, to see who he had over, even after she was married……guess Blake wasnt the only stalker!!! I wonder how Johns gonna feel about that when it all comes out!!!! But hey, its hard to get over someone when you jump from one bed to the next and really never worked through the feelings. But funny she never complained or called the cops until after her marriage. Was it truly her of was Dr chambers wanting to destroy his so called competition, Blake?

He should of have done his homework, wont he be surprised to see what comes out about his lovely Allison! And Im sorry any women that jumps from deep pockets to another and marrys the second within months and days of her divorce getting finalized, I have NO respect for! And how stupid was he to not realize what she was out for…I hope the womanizer was smart enough to get a prenup…..he will thank god for it sum day you can count on that!

So the story continues. Hey Allison, you brought this all upon yourself honey! By the way Im sorry your so miserable in your current situation, Im sure you’ll get your chance yet again to fry some bigger fish! But only after you get what you needed out of it first!

Blake Halls ode to his victim:

Every breath you take and every move you make
Every bond you break
Every step you take, I’ll be watching you
Every single day and every word you say
Every game you play
Every night you stay, I’ll be watching you
Oh can’t you see you belong to me?
How my poor heart aches with every step you take
Every move you make and every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake, I’ll be watching you
Since you’ve gone I’ve been lost without a trace
I dream at night
I can only see your face
I look around but it’s you I can’t replace
I feel so cold and I long for your embrace
I keep crying baby, baby please

Oh can’t you see you belong to me?
How my poor heart aches with every step you take
Every move you make
And every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake, I’ll be watching you
Every move you make
Every step you take, I’ll be watching you, I’ll be watching you

Song #2 from Blake to Allison

Well I’d rather see you dead, little girl
Than to be with another man
You better keep your head, little girl
Or I won’t know where I am

You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand little girl
Catch you with another man
That’s the end’a little girl

Well you know that I’m a wicked guy
And I was born with a jealous mind
And I can’t spend my whole life
Trying just to make you toe the line

You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand little girl
Catch you with another man
That’s the end’a little girl

Let this be a sermon
I mean everything I’ve said
Baby, I’m determined
And I’d rather see you dead

You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand little girl
Catch you with another man
That’s the end’a little girl

I’d rather see you dead, little girl
Than to be with another man
You better keep your head, little girl
Or you won’t know where I am

You better run for your life if you can, little girl
Hide your head in the sand little girl
Catch you with another man
That’s the end’a little girl
Na, na, na
Na, na, na
Na, na, na
Na, na, na

This is the best monkey theatre I’ve seen in a long time. Keep up the good work, folks.

Considering the double whammy we had at Walmart Friday night the above songs are a little….innappropriate. For those like WJ and anonymous guests above with so much scorn for Blake Halls’ victims, I wonder how you feel or compare it to the love triangle gone wrong which ended in the husband killing the boyfriend this weekend? Any scorn for that woman? I see someone has already started a separate thread for discussion.

Or, are the attacks and cheap shots only reserved for those with money and status? At least the Blake Hall players didn’t resort to physical violence or murder.

There’s really no comparison to the two situations, really.

Allison was divorcing one man while tramping around with at least two others. Neither of her current men had a problem with her soon to be ex, and they didn’t communicate with each other (and knew about each other).

Allison hadn’t made any till death do we part promises to Attorney Hall, although he was confused by her sudden refusal to see him; especially since they’d been sexually intimate. Was she just a big tease, a user, a tramp? Was he just a piece of meat, or what?

He acted as a rejected lover, not as a mortally injured husband.

Maybe Wendy is just jealous of Allison. Wendy lives in her sad little trailer park world while Allison obviously has her pick of the rich. When Blake turned out to be a creep Allison dumped him and Wendy just can’t handle that because she can’t even get a creep like Blake to look at her.

I was going to post this in another Blake Hall thread but this may be the only one not closed. Today’s Post Register reports papers were filed in court yesterday and Blake Hall is demanding a jury trial regarding the civil suit filed against him. I believe “Matthew Drake” is Hall’s son, who is also mentioned.

The article goes on to say several things, but one thing that left me confused was Hall’s claim there is not sufficient evidence about the condom incident. I thought in the police report the younger man admitted to doing it. See the “Blake Hall Police Report” thread. http://www.idahofallstoday.com/2009/11/15/blake-hall-police-report/

Hall claims he had no knowledge of Drake committing the act, but the police report says Drake admitted to being with Hall in the truck once when he did it, and told him it was stupid and needed to stop. Now who does one believe, the son who collects his dad’s condoms from the garbage or the father who stalks the ex-girlfriend? Both seem in need of mental health help.

Anyway you look at it, this is going to be a further public fiasco than it already is. Bring you popcorn!

Even if the son did it, he wouldn’t have done it if he didn’t know his father was upset with her. Right? Nobody likes being broken up with, but if the son was digging through the trash to throw condoms on the lawn, the son had to know the condoms were there (and why would he know that?) and know dad is ticked off at the woman (and why would he know that?). Why dig through the trash? Why not use your own? I am just having trouble buying into the story that the son did it.

My personal experiences with Blake Hall tells me he’s a pompous, arrogant windbag. I never like seeing people dragged through the mud, but in this case, it’s karma.

Allison Chambers was a married woman sleeping with Blake Hall. She is no better than he was because she was sneaking around. The family had to have an intervention to try and get her to stop seeing him. Her first husband filed for divorce after he found out she was sleeping with Blake Hall.

She married her second husband one month after her divorce was final to her first husband.

You tell me she is any better than Blake Hall. I don’t think so.

The only true victims here are her small children.
