I’m curious.  Seems like there are many more than in a similar county in Texas.
Generally, there, police were in the city,  State Troopers on the highway.  Sheriff was almost  a non-existent entity.  I’m curious why. We also have state police and investigators here.

On my radio show Tuesday we’ll be discussing the disagreement between Ammon and Idaho Falls over who pays to make Hitt Road as big as it should be. I’ll be interviewing Ammon City Council President Dana Kirkham.

Yesterday in the Post Register, there’s an article titled “Polite Protest” in which St. Anthony students protest a reduction in pay for their teachers. It read in part:
