Looking for a great preschool in Idaho Falls? Apple Athletic Club is again offering preschool classes for 3-5 year olds this fall. This will be the 4th year of Apple’s preschool program, and it has been a huge success because of the superb instructors, low student-teacher ratios, and excellent facilities. The preschool now has a dedicated room for classes, and has added a half-hour of instruction for the same price as last year.
The 3 year old “first-timer” class is planned for Mondays and Wednesday from 12:30-3 p.m. The 4 year old “first-timers” class is planned for Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 – 11:30 a.m. The Pre-K 4 & 5 year old class is for kids who have already had a year of preschool and is scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11:30 a.m. TBA class depends on which option has the most demand, and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-3 p.m.
The cost is $100 for registration and two payments of $335. (Apple members: $75 registration cost and two payments of $300.)
The registration cost can be defrayed in one of the following ways:
1) Make the first payment of $300 / $335 by June 15th & reduce the enrollment by $25.
2) make the second payment of $300 / $335 by September 1st, 2009 reduce the enrollment by $25 more.
3) Pay the entire amount up front by August 1st and waive the enrollment.
My son was an Apple Athletic Club preschool student and loved it. He was well prepared for kindergarten, and had a great time to boot! If you have questions or want to register, please email Barbara Ehardt or call (208) 529-8600.

Apple was horrible for us. Overpriced and billing was a nightmare.
Apple should stick to fitness.
Also – When did IFT become the classifieds?
we do have a classifieds section, perhaps admin can move this post there?
Sellouts! Hey did you guys notice what a GREAT menu Hard Hat Steakhouse and Grill has, and at such LOW, LOW prices?
Well, I hope it’s better organized than last fall. Multiple phone calls and inquiries on my part last year about a start date, schedule, etc. were met with “we don’t know, we hope soon, um maybe next week, remodeling is affecting things” – basically no one had any idea what was going on.
Needless to say, we took our preschool business elsewhere. Organization is really high on my list when I schedule my kids into activities.
Does anybody know what happened to Little Miracles? They where shut down completely as of Monday morning with no rhyme or reason as to why. I suppose those folks that used to take their children there know, but there were no signs on the door stating they moved or went out of business or anything. Plus everything inside is gone; tables, chairs, toys, etc.
Was that the one with alleged “shaken baby” issue that was in the paper?
No. LM is located across the street from the west side WalMart.
