Does anyone remember a Little Leaguer being killed while playing ball in May 2000?

Does anyone remember an incident in 2000 when an 11 year old Little Leaguer was hit in the neck by a baseball during warmups for a game and was killed? Does anyone know his name?
It may have occured in Ammon or Idaho Falls.
