4th of July Contest

Happy Fourth of July, Idaho Falls. Either you wandered onto IdahoFallz.com naturally or you’re here as a result of our flier handouts at the parade. Either way, we welcome you to explore the site. You can see it’s all about Idaho Falls, from the pictures to the links to the chat to the articles to the comments on the articles. We feel local participation equals local empowerment, so go ahead and discuss Idaho Falls issues here.

As for our contest, one of our avid readers kindly donated a Sony MP3 player (features and details) to give away to one lucky person. Here are the contest rules:

Rules:

• No purchase necessary. Contest run according to Idaho laws. Void where prohibited by law.
• Winner chosen at random from eligible email entries.
• Eligible entries are formatted correctly according to directions below, are received on July 4th, 2006, and have the correct answer.
• Only one (1) entry allowed per person/per email address. More than one person using one email address, or one person using multiple email addresses will result in all those related entries being discarded. Play fair.
• Entries must be received on July 4th, 2006. Entries are date-stamped by email, so it’s pretty straightforward if it’s on time or not.
• Must be 18 years or older to enter and legal U.S. residents. Sorry kids, we just want a simple contest with no legal troubles.
• Must be able to claim prize in Idaho Falls during the week of July 9-15. Winner will be notified by email reply, and arrangements will be made to claim prize during that week.
• If winner does not pick up prize by July 15, another winner will be randomly chosen.
• Winner must show legal picture identification showing their name and date of birth exactly as in contest entry email. This is just to prevent cheating.
• Winner must allow IdahoFallz.com to photograph them holding prize. Image will be published on IdahoFallz.com, along with winner’s name. No other information will be published about the winner.
• Entries must be emailed from your own email providers. Entries sent via the IdahoFallz.com contact form will be discarded.
• We’re not responsible for lost or slow emails, or for emails with incomplete information (thus making them ineligible).
• We will not sell or give away anyone’s information sent to us.
• Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for any other prize.
• Employees, family and friends of IdahoFallz.com are not eligible to enter.
• Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
