Kite view 2There were not many kites flying at first yesterday afternoon. These pictures show the best one out there, a big beautiful American-themed kite. Our $5 Wal-Mart kite flew great for twenty minutes, but got damaged after a few nose dives. At least ours did not get tangled in the tree like someone else’s $3 kite.





As we left I saw more kites going up, including a helicopter and a parachute kite. Saturday is the bigger kite event at Sandy Downs.Kite view 1
