Sonic shakes good but sloppy

I cannot stomach Sonic food, but the shakes are great for the kids. When you pull up to the drive-thru order station, they always acknowledge you then ask you to wait (at least at the west 17th street location). This used to annoy me, but then I realized at least they acknowledge you are there instead of waiting minutes to even say hello (like most other drive-thrus in Idaho Falls).

I just wish the Sonic shakes were not so sloppy. Nearly every time I buy a round, at least one has punctured Styrofoam or shake on the bottom that then transfers to every other surface in the car.
