There’s a guy who works the desk at the Eagle Rock Post Office named Craig who is awesome. He is always cheerful and joking around and works very quickly to help customers. Every time I have to stop in there I am impressed with his great attitude. Kudos to you, Craig.

I was in line once again at the Eagle Rock Post Office yesterday, and that Craig was still going strong.

He’s like the MC there, talking to each customer individually in a way that makes everyone listen. He borders on being non-politically correct without being offensive; I admire his ability to walk that tight line!

He is self-deprecating in his humor, pokes fun at the Post Office itself, and makes the wait time seem to pass quicker for everyone.

Local employers should send their public-interacting employees (cashiers, etc.) to study Craig for a few hours. Craig obviously enjoys his line of work, but if I needed a great front-line employee, I would try to hire him away from there.

Kudos once again to you, Craig.
