Phoneswarm in Idaho Falls?

I came across an interesting site the other day, http://phoneswarm.com. This site posts a random payphone number and allows users to post comments on what they experienced when they called it.

Perhaps we could do something like this, but again focused on phones in the Idaho Falls area? Would it simply be a nuisance? Or could we transcend the obvious juvenile qualities to try and make personal connections with strangers (who in this case would be our own neighbors)? The comments on the phoneswarm.com site indicate a surprising maturity and drive for valid conversations. Perhaps we could achieve that in our own community?
