Question 7 - Jason

I have touched on this in a previous question, but the main point is that we become business friendly. Attitude of personnel makes a difference. You have all gone into stores where employees are friendly, helpful, and go out-of-their-way to serve you. This is exactly what I mean. The people that a business looking to come to Idaho Falls would come in contact with are the people who must have a customer friendly attitude. .. from the building department,to planning and zoning, to the mayor’s office. We must make them feel wanted, find answers for every question, find solutions to every problem and in general just be customer oriented and friendly. The mayor sets the tone and the attitude of the personnel by leadership.
